Instructions to install the internal certificate
A. Steps to install the certificate on a Desktop computer
- Download the root certificate by clicking on the following link : Root Certificate
- Navigate to the downloaded file and double click it
- Click on the button "Install Certificate..."
- Click the next button on the Certificate Import wizard's first screen (leave settings as is)
- Select option "Place all certificates in the following store" option
- Click on browse and select the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" store and click button OK
- Click on the next button
- Click on the finish button
- Click on the Yes button when prompted whether you want to install this certificate
- Click on the OK button
- Click on the OK button
B. Steps to install the certificate on a Mobile device
1. Steps to install on an Apple mobile device
- Visit this page from your mobile device(using Safari)
- To begin certficate installation tap on the following link : Root Certificate
- Tap on Install on the Install Profile window
- Enter you mobile device passcode (may need to set this up if none exits)
- Tap on Install again in the Warning window
- Tap on Install
- The Not Verified should change to Verified
- Tap on Done
- Navigate to Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings
- Enable full trust for root certificate Domofond Internal CA
2. Steps to install on an Android device
- Visit this page from your mobile device.
- To begin the certficate download tap on the following link : Root Certificate
- Go to downloaded certificate and tap on it
- Leave everything as default on the the Name the certificate view,tap on OK to continue
- Enter your mobile device passcode (may need to set this up if none exits)
- Verify successfull installation by verifying that the certificate exists under Settings > Security > Trusted Credentials > User
C. Steps to install the Property24 Testing CA Root certificate on a Mobile devices (for Master and Branch)
1. Steps to install on an Apple mobile device

- To begin certficate installation tap on the following link : Property24 Testing Certificate
- Tap on Install on the Install Profile window
- Enter you mobile device passcode (may need to set this up if none exits)
- Tap on Install again in the Warning window
- Tap on Install
- The Not Verified should change to Verified
- Tap on Done
